Booking Policies 

Cancellation Policy

We require that our customers give us a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a weekday appointment, 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel for weekend appointments (Friday and Saturday), and 72 hours notice for parties of 3 or more guests. Cancellations without these notices will incur full charge of reserved services. In some cases, we can change an appointment time within the next two to three days, only if a customer cannot give notice within the aforementioned time limits.  

Late Policy 

After 5 minutes of being late you will be given a courtesy phone call. After 15 minutes have passed we will cancel your appointment and take the next walk in. please arrive 5-7 minutes before your appointment to check in and pick out your color. 

Gratuity and Payment 

Gratuity is not included in the price of any Treatments. We accept all major credit cards and cash. Cash tips are preferred. All sales are final, no exchange or refunds are allowed. Gift cards are not refundable for cash. 

Deposit Policy

If you are making an appointment from 3 people, a deposit of 25% of the estimated service fee must be paid in advance.
